What happens if I order a product and it does not agree with me?

On all our labels and invoices we state that you must first clear taking this product with your Health Physician and strongly advise you to do so.

How soon after ordering and paying shall I get my order?

We use Aramax Courier Services as they deliver anywhere in South Africa, Door-to-Door. Main cities in South Africa, it is 48 hours after we send you the Waybill #. For smaller towns not on the main routes and cities in South Africa, it takes an extra 24 -48 hours. This does not include weekends.

Do any of your products ingredients come from GMOs?

The Quintessential Health & Wellness Co will under no circumstances use any GMO produced ingredients and all products a purchased by us with relevant certification being supplied by our key suppliers.
